Is Ampang a good area to stay in KL?
I'm an expat who will be living in KL for 2 years, I'm 27 female, here on my own and I'm trying to decide what would be the most suitable and safest area for me to live. Whats the community like in Ampang nearby the embassies? What are the disadvantages of the area?
Is Kuala Lumpur Safe at night? What are problems you've ran into?
Malaysian here. It's safe in general. Just mindful with handbags at prominent roads like Jalan Ampang, Jalan Tun Razak, Hampshire roads known as Persiaran Hampshire or U-Thant areas. In my opinion, safer than most countries(even USA)
