Reviews Summary
Durian Perangin Waterfall is a highly recommended family-friendly destination, praised for its beautiful cascades and refreshing swimming pools. Visitors enjoy the moderate hike and the natural beauty of the rainforest. While it can get crowded on weekends, the small entry fee and overall experience make it a worthwhile adventure.
"Scenic spot with a small RM2 entry fee. It can get crowded on weekends and holidays with families and kids in the water, but still worth a visit for the experience.
If you prefer peace and quiet, I’d recommend Langkawi Falls instead."

"This waterfall is so worth a visit with the family! I came with a 3, 6, and 11-year-old, so consider this fully tested across all age groups — you’re welcome. 😂
At first the trail looks a bit daunting, but don’t panic — it’s actually really doable with kids. There are “levels” to the experience: you can stop at the bridge (handily right after the toilets — yes, there are toilets on site, parental win) or keep going like we did. We made it all the way to the top, so yes, I’m claiming bragging rights.
The final stretch down to the main waterfall looks slippery, but trust me — it’s worth it. It’s stunning, and the kids went straight into the water without hesitation. The whole place is very family-friendly, with free on-site parking too.
Verdict: A proper adventure, plenty of laughs, and a priceless memory — highly recommend."

"We discovered this place by chance and we didn’t know what to expect but I can tell you that it was one of the best discoveries!
It’s a big park with a beautiful waterfall, we hiked for a bit until we found a good place to go for a swim in the clear water. It was so refreshing after a hot day."
