"Roughly 10min boat ride with one stop at CEMACS before we were dropped off at monkey beach. Thanks to boat driver Aiman for the reminder of the hardtop of the boat.
And also thanks to Aiman for keeping the boat as close to the beach so that we won't wet our hiking shoes.
We took around 35min hike to Muka Light House, passed by 3 pondok, a few fallen tree trunk and navigated through one or two places obstructed by small tree branches.
We then hiked all the way back to the national park entrance which took us about 2 hours including rest and pictures taking
The bridges along the trail are 99% maintained.
Too bad the canopy walk is still not allowed.
Trashes along monkey beach and CEMACS is something need further action.
Overall,it is a wonderful experience still !"

"very nice trail from Monkey Beach, in fact, the trail is much better and more enjoyable than Monkey Beach. Views atop the lighthouse is refreshing and vast landscape of Penang and Strait of Malacca. I believe to spot an eagle soaring the sky. Pleasant hike."
