"Taman Aman Park has slowly become one of my favorite spots in Petaling Jaya for unwinding and light exercise. It’s not a huge park, but it’s just the right size for a quick evening walk or jog, and the lake in the middle makes it a really calming place to spend time.
I usually come here in the evenings when the sun isn’t too hot, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The jogging track loops around the lake, and although it’s not very long, going a few rounds gives you a decent workout. It’s also nice that the park has a mix of shaded and open areas, so you can enjoy the breeze under the trees or take in the view of the lake.
What I really like about Taman Aman is the convenience. The Seri Setia LRT station is right beside the park, so it’s super easy to get here without worrying about parking (which can be tricky if you drive during busy hours). Sometimes, I even stop by the park on my way home from work just to walk a bit and clear my head before heading back.
Families seem to enjoy this park too. There’s a playground for kids, open lawns where people sometimes have picnics, and plenty of benches for sitting around. Overall, Taman Aman Park is not a “destination” park like KLCC or Titiwangsa, but for daily exercise and relaxation, it’s one of the nicest local parks in PJ. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants an easily accessible, quiet, and refreshing spot to spend an hour or two outdoors."

"Not been here in a long time but was pleasantly surprised to see how nice it was. Hope MBPJ actively ensures that maintenance or its upkeep is sustained. The walking trek around the lake is pleasant, the outdoor mini gym facilities are great and the landscape could be further enhanced. Not sure if the lake is healthy enough for fishes to flourish but there's no shortage of fishing enthusiasts at certain points of the lake."
