What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Glory Beach Resort offers a relaxing beachfront experience with a unique turtle hatchery, making it a popular choice for families and budget travelers. While the resort's facilities are noted as being dated, guests appreciate the private beach, sea views, and the conservation efforts. Some guests have experienced issues with check-in times and lost property follow-up.
"I recently stayed at Glory Beach Resort, and it was a relaxing and memorable experience. The resort has a beautiful beachfront view — perfect for evening walks and catching the sunset. 🌅
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I really enjoyed the pool area and the easy access to the beach — it’s great for families and groups looking for a peaceful getaway.
The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the environment felt safe and family-friendly. The sea view from the balcony was definitely the highlight of my stay!
Overall, Glory Beach Resort is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy nature’s beauty. With good service, cozy rooms, and an amazing location, it’s a place I’d happily visit again. 🌊💙"

"Room is actually a 3 rooms apartment. All rooms had air conditioner. The hotel looked dated but it was well maintained for hotel with this budget. Despite the size of the hotel (12 storey high I think) the cafe is quite small & not really packed. Variety of food during breakfast was sufficient since not a lot people were there."

"A very old apartment building called Glory Beach Resort with its own beach front which is easy access to the beach. There are a few things I would like to highlight…
1. The place is shabby with just a small tv, an empty medium sized fridge, a water boiler jug, and some cups with sachets of coffee/sugar/creamers. No cooking is allowed.
2. Took too long to check in almost 30 minutes however check out is fast. But each block just has two lifts serving each wing which took too long to wait for it if multiple visitors check out at the same time!
3. Ample parking spaces which is good however if you’re visiting during long weekend holidays it is packed.
4. The place offers some great options for visitors, a good selection food offered by the cafe, a mini zoo where you can see sea turtles, rabbits, parakeets and even an arapaima fish too. There’s a banana boat ride also.
5. Overall it’s a good place to relax by the beach, if you’re planning to go preferably not on weekends long holidays, you can’t even use the pool!!"
