Reviews Summary

Pulau Ketam offers a unique glimpse into traditional Malaysian island life with its colorful stilt villages and fresh seafood. Visitors appreciate the car-free environment and the relaxed atmosphere, though some note the need for better maintenance of older structures and potential for higher seafood prices. It's a charming destination for a day trip or a short, peaceful getaway.

"A part of our history and how people leave in an island fishing village. But lot more can be done to improve the eyesore condition when there is a low tide. Too much rubbish and discarded items on the bottom of the houses. Many wooden houses is left to rot. Need to maintain the old houses as part of the history and tradition of this village. Much willpower is needed from the Government .. NGI .. Public to stratiguce and restore the heritage of this place. The Mangrove forest is still looking good and healthy. That needs to be maintained for future generations."
