Despite the centre’s high standard of design and facilities, it seems little thought was given to how thousands of people would exit the area at the end of the workday.
The only viable route leads through a narrow street (Triq L-Ghadam) that quickly becomes heavily congested during peak hours, resulting in long queues and frustrating delays. Unfortunately, the traffic flow in and out of the area was not properly integrated with the Central Link project, which could have mitigated this issue.
A business centre of this scale deserves better traffic management infrastructure to match its otherwise impressive offering."

"It is not fully complete yet, it seems structured well, there is a large supermarket, 4 towers for office and business things, some delis such as Starbucks, Dr Juice, Posh Turkish and a pharmacy, clothing stores are missing, maybe they will be added later since it is not complete yet. The only note is that it is not so easy to get there by public transportation as there are not very close bus stops."
