Reviews Summary
Ex Hacienda de Cortés Jiutepec is lauded for its stunning historical architecture, beautiful gardens, and exceptional spa services, making it a popular choice for events and relaxation. While many praise the food and ambiance, some guests have noted issues with room pricing, noise from events, and front desk service.
"Hacienda Cortes is a beautiful, historic property with a hotel and spa. The gardens and restaurant are gorgeous. We went for brunch and enjoyed the food and strolled through the gardens and historic structures. This site was at one time a sugar refinery, a distillery and a grand hacienda. It is a wonderful place to visit and enjoy a meal. We did not stay in the hotel or use the spa, but the facilities are very well maintained. The service at the restaurant was above average and the food was well presented and delicious."

"We were guests at a wedding that was celebrated there and it was fantastic! From the ceremony to the party, everything was phenomenal, the ambience was fantastic and the food was unparalleled! By far the best wedding I've ever been to! ♥️"

"Wonderful experience! I want to start with a big shoutout to Karen, from the Spa who took care of me since I communicated with them through WhatsApp. I was able to get a Spa Day Pass and had a great experience. She guided me through the process and gave recommendations. Upon arrival, she continued her excellent service. I went to the restaurant for breakfast with my family and then the rest of the time on my own. She had the jacuzzi turned on for me to be able to enjoy it! I had a Jamaica mezcal margarita that was delicious! Then, Adriana did my pedicure and I was super attentive and kind. My relaxing massage was indeed relaxing thanks to Esperanza! I enjoyed a relaxing time at the sauna and the waiting room with a berries tea. Then I had dinner and enjoyed a delicious mushroom and flor de calabaza soup, salmon, and aperol spritz, best way to end the day! I will come back next time visit and bring family/ friends to join!"
