"Owning a timeshare is supposed to be about relaxation and fun, right? Well, our experience has been the complete opposite—total chaos and frustration. If you're thinking about buying a timeshare, please do yourself a favor and think twice. From the moment we signed the contract, we were sold on a dream—luxurious vacations, exclusive perks, and endless leisure. But honestly, it was all just smoke and mirrors. The reality? Nowhere close to what they promised.

The real nightmare began when we decided we wanted out. We figured it’d be simple—if we’re not happy, we should be able to cancel, right? Wrong. Every step of the way, we were met with resistance. The staff seemed trained to make cancellations impossible. Excuses, misinformation, and a whole lot of runaround—it felt like we were stuck in an endless battle. No matter what we said, we were ignored, dismissed, or just flat-out stonewalled. It was exhausting and disheartening. After all this, we’ve reached the point where this timeshare feels like more of a burden than anything else. Trying to get out of it has been so stressful that it’s completely overshadowed the vacations we were supposed to enjoy. We don’t want it anymore, but we’re stuck in this frustrating mess with no way out.

If you’re considering a timeshare, take it from us—proceed with caution. Sure, the idea of owning one sounds great, but the reality can be full of regret. There are plenty of ways to enjoy amazing vacations that don’t come with the stress and headaches of a timeshare."

They guided us throughout our stay and encouraged us to enjoy the wide variety of activities the resort offers.

The dining experience was top-notch—every meal was delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy all tastes. The hotel offers something for everyone, from relaxing by the pool to engaging in exciting activities for both adults and kids. The natural beauty of the resort is breathtaking—the cenotes and lush surroundings made swimming and exploring feel like a dream.

The recent renovations are stunning and add a modern, luxurious touch to the entire property. I truly loved everything about this place. Tres Ríos offers the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!"
