What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the sanctuary's magnificent architecture and the breathtaking panoramic views of Saltillo. The natural 'agua' well is also a point of interest. However, some guests have encountered unfriendly service at the church office, impacting their experience.

"Good afternoon. I would like to express a complaint regarding the service I recently received at the church office. The person in charge of the area was unfriendly: she didn't greet us, didn't make eye contact, and provided information in an unfriendly manner, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for those of us who came with respect and goodwill.
Furthermore, I have tried to contact her by phone several times and received no response, which makes it even more difficult to access the information or services we need.
I believe that, as this is a space that embodies values of community and service, it would be important for the staff in charge to reflect these principles in their treatment of parishioners as well. I appreciate you taking these comments into account in order to improve the service and atmosphere in this space that is so significant to many of us.
Thank you for your attention."
