What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Stoliv offers a tranquil waterfront experience with friendly hospitality and beautiful bay views, often at a more affordable price point. However, potential guests should be aware of outdated amenities in some accommodations, limited parking, and the significant issue of intermittent water supply, which requires careful inquiry with hosts.
"The view of the place, especially from the 2nd floor, is very nice. The welcome was also very nice, they even offered a welcome drink (wine).
However, what must be mentioned is the apartment's occupancy. The taps were not maintained, they were wobbly, and the uploaded photos are several years old. This was most evident in the playground, so anyone traveling with children should think twice. The most unpleasant thing was the lack of communication. We learned on site that the local government sometimes blocks the river water. This happened again and there was no water for about 26 hours, we solved the necessary problems with condensed water or sea water. The advertisement should at least mention this, if the owner of the apartment is not already preparing an extra tank."

"The worst apartment we had on our trip through Montenegro. First we had difficulty finding the apartment, then there was no parking. The apartment was quiet terrible to say the least. toilet sink wasn’t attached to the floor, drain pipe was leaking so the floor were wet al the time, tv receiver fell of the wall the minute we came in. Horrible smell was covered by automatic air freshener. And on the departure day we were basically forced to leave at 9am as the new guest came in and were waiting on our doors, despite being told day earlier we can leave until 12am."
