River view room with balcony allows you to watch boats full of tourists and freight come and go directly beneath you, and amazing sunsets over the river.

"A good resort hotel but quite pricey for what it is. The rooms are nice and clean, but there’s quite a lot of construction going on at this stage so it doesn’t feel especially peaceful. The staff are super friendly though and always happy to help.
The breakfast was good, although I did get food poisoning whilst in bagan, not sure where but the hotel seems likely. My girlfriend was fine throughout the stay so I may just have been unlucky. Just a reminder for tourists to remain careful which food hygiene even in larger hotels.
The wifi connection was poor in our room, but signal was fine in the lobby.
There is a nice garden space with river views and sunset happy hour which I highly recommend to enjoy at least once during your stay!
Overall it was a nice stay, but overpriced compared to all the other places we stayed in in Myanmar."

"The hotel is nice and has a great location but is in need of renovation. The rooms are very large, but are starting to look old. The air conditioning was not working properly so it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast selection is pretty basic. There is a wonderful bar on the riverside which is only open during happy hour in the evenings - but that location is so good that they should keep the bar open longer!"
