Reviews Summary

Reviews for 'Old Town' (likely a restaurant, not the town itself) are mixed. While some praise the food quality, unique flavors like Matka Biryani, and affordability, others report serious issues with food contamination (finding chicken in a vegetarian dish) and poor customer service response. Consistency and accountability appear to be areas for improvement.

"I’ve been a loyal customer of Old Town for quite some time, and I’ve always appreciated their food quality and prompt delivery. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. While enjoying a paneer curry, I found a piece of chicken in the dish. As a vegetarian, this was not only shocking but completely unacceptable.

I immediately contacted the restaurant, and they promised to follow up within 20 minutes. It’s now been a few hours, and I’ve received no response. This complete lack of accountability is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Due to this experience, I will no longer be ordering from Old Town. Take a look at the photo attached"
