"Among four Thur of lalitpur this is one of the biggest Thur with peaceful environment.Ashoka Chaitya of these four Shuras is considered to be the symbol of four ages i.e. Satya Yuga, Treta Yuga, Dwapar Yuga and Kali Yuga. The Ashok Chaitya Vihar is located on the north side of Patan Bazaar on the way to Shankhamul. That is, there is this chaitya near Yampi Mahavihar. Its establishment is said to be the day of the rise of the Vada era. It is also called Ivahithudo. This stupa is very beautiful. Around the stupa, there are places to light sattals, mane and lamps.
