"We had cycled to Arnhem to visit the battle sites from the uk. The museum is really impressive and well presented. We visited the museum and then walked a short distance to the cemetery to reflect on the cost of war but also the remarkable men who had taken part in this operation"

"Interesting museum. Went specifically for the temporary exhibition “Kunst in het Derde Rijk” and was thoroughly impressed. I learned a lot of new things about the way art was seen by the Germans during the world war and how it was portrayed over there. Had a generally informative and fun time reading up on the information that was provided with some of the paintings and in general. Found it disappointing that no photos could be taken during the exhibition. I personally like to photograph some of the works I find interesting and want to see again in the future. Beside this exhibition there wasn’t really much else to do or see. The garden was a nice touch and place to visit after the exhibition and museum to get some quiet and peace."
