"Small airport for private planes. Primarily used for parachuting, scenic tours and skydiving. Open grassland, nice restaurant with terras next to it. The open hangar days are nice, with interesting new and old planes visiting. All can be seen from nearby, even touched. It is a friendly place, suitable for children as well."

"What an amazing experience and will book a flight again on our return in the spring. Communication from the airport was quick and informative especially as I was concerned about the weather on the day I’d booked. My concerns were addressed and we had a great flight. With the low cloud base on the day we flew under it for a spectacular trip. We saw all of the island as well as den Helder which for me personally was a bonus as the ship I work on sails into den Helder so was great to see it from above.
Unfortunately I couldn’t talk my fiancé into a skydive but she said maybe next time 🤣
See you in the spring when we return. Probably for an hours flight.

"The best and cheapest place in NL to do serious skydiving and flight site-seeing tours. This is one of the largest skydiving centers across Europe. Come in early or reserve as it can be busy during peak season! I've done the 45 min tour flight. You can book this ahead."
