The staff in the reception was nice and efficient, but not very friendly or talkative, but it's fine.
We went on a hot weekend and the place inside felt cool so that's nice! It was also not too crowded."

"My kids age 4 and 8 loved it. I like that you can use the ticket for 99 days (I believe even 1 year if you buy something extra for 4.5€). I like that they added paw patrol and pokemon figures around the place for children to find. We will come back"

"I enjoyed it here. The building itself looks a little tired and dated, but there are lots of detailed models, mostly of places around Rotterdam.
They also have a new section downstairs, with models of places in the UK. It was a work in progress (in February 2025) but it's good to see that they are still adding new attractions.
There is a restaurant (although I didn't eat there), as well as a gift shop, which sells a wide range of products, such as models, trains etc.
Overall, a good experience and worth visiting if you're in Rotterdam."
