The service centre could be quite busy but the staff was very nice and helpful and got me the ticket to go Amsterdam, even though honestly, I probably could've bought it from one of the machines if I wasn't so technologically challenged.
I know I'm nitpicking and this is the standard in Europe, but I really hate it when I have to pay to go to the dunny when nature calls and despite some other reviewers comments about there being plenty of seating spaces, I didn't see a lot of seating places in the platform and I had to sit on my suitcase. As a result, the bread I bought as a gift for my ex-boss ended up being squashed from the force of my butt. But that one is on me."
