The convenient location opposite the train station and the pleasant cafe with fair prices are also frequently mentioned positives.
"What a pleasant museum this is, with it's from neanderthal to post Roman exhibition. Also we enjoyed the music exhibition on sound, and music, and how it makes us feel, how it's been available, and the global differences, and an opportunity to make a rock video although I think this is meant for the kids not 6'4" adult males. 😁
There was also a small exhibition on Louis 14th and his relationship to the area.
The architecture is interesting, and a good view of the Juliana park.
There is a cafe available for a light snack and drinks if you require this during your visit.
Although it is recommended that tickets are purchased online for a visit slot, we were fortunate it was quiet at the time of our visit, which we broke up with a visit to the cafe."
