"Nice walk. Sometimes wet after rain. Cool to spot the shipwreck.
Definitely worth a walk or run."

"If you're looking for a good walk on level ground, this walkway is a good option. There are a few places where it is a little rocky. Unfortunately, the wetlands are very dry, so there was a lack of wildlife to see. Also sad to note the graffiti artists have found the wreck. BTW - I walked to the wreck and back, using the direct route, in an hour."
David Vincent
"Absolutely stunning views, like nothing else we’ve seen so far in NZ. The wreck is very picturesque too. Plenty of flat and grassy landscapes, birds, lagoons and creeks. Peace & quiet. Very much recommend."
