"Total chaos! One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty, with a strong, unpleasant smell, visible mold and dampness in the corners. The bathroom was leaking water constantly — the floor was wet the whole time, making it unusable and unsafe. FULL OF SPIDERS, the area was full of lizards crawling around, homeless dogs etc.....
The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly, showing no willingness to help or respond to complaints. Instead of rest and relaxation, we experienced stress and disgust.
For a place that promotes itself as a “SPA & Resort,” this is a complete disgrace and a clear deception of customers.
🛑 This hotel urgently needs to be inspected by the Ministry of Health. The hygiene is far below any acceptable standard and poses a real health risk.
🔴 Absolutely not recommended. No one should have to spend their holiday in such awful conditions."

"Hotel Drim was very big dissapointment. Ants in the room, you cant flush the toilet, when you have a bath there is water everywhere because you can't close the shower cabin door, the hair dryer is not working, in the middle of july there is no AC in the hotel loby and in the elevators."
