1.5 hours free in Narvik, where should I walk?
Hi, I will travel by train to and fro from Abisko, but with two trains per day, I will have only about 1.5 hours to walk around in the town. Where should I walk in that time? Do you know any souvenir shops? It's intended as a relaxing mini day trip.

"Great small museum. Located close to cruise dock. Mixture of maritime and trains. Free hot drinks. Able to walk through vintage electric train."
Andrew Scarrott
"This museum really needs some love... The house is nice, but the exhibits are old (like, I'm sure it's possible to do better than a 1995 3D reconstruction of the city with tons of video artifacts), and a little bit incoherently displayed.
This reminded us of some museums in third world countries, but then the entry price would probably be a tenth of the price without a rich government backing.
We still enjoyed it though, and the glogg was welcome."
Nicolas Boichat
"5-star mini-museum, definitely worth a visit! It's beautifully done, with a lot of attention to details and great explanations/films (all in English and partly in German too!). We spent about half an hour in the cozy coffee corner afterwards, that alone was worth the entrance fee! Highly recommend!"
