"Visited the library whilst on a cruise which called at Bodo. The building is modern and clean, and open until 9 pm in the evenings, as Norwegians like to read a lot during the dark nights of winter.
There is an integral cafe in the building, serving light meals, cakes and hot drinks. We had excellent hot chocolate and coffee, brought to our table by the girl working on the counter. The food looked delicious, but we did not have time to sample it unfortunately. There are toilets in the building also, which are free of charge."
