What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Presidente Franco Waterfront for its stunning, unique views of three countries meeting and its peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. However, many note its lack of development and amenities, advising visitors to come prepared with their own refreshments and to prioritize daylight hours for safety.
"Great place.. hardly anyone.. make sure you come here on taxi!"

"Cool to see and take photos here.
Also it is free and there is a view of the Brazilian and Argentinian side.
It got dark early while I was here and I was told to leave as it can get dangerous. It is a bit secluded here, so maybe come early in the day.
Either way, I am happy to have come here as a tourist."

"Sure! Here’s a review in English for Hito de las Tres Fronteras (Paraguayan side):
⸻
Scenic but Underappreciated – So Much Potential!
We visited Hito in the morning and had the whole place to ourselves. The location is absolutely stunning — in our opinion, the most scenic and impressive compared to the Brazilian and Argentine sides.
Unfortunately, it’s not very well maintained or promoted. The children’s play area was broken, and there wasn’t even a small bar or café to grab a drink. It’s a real pity because the place has so much potential and deserves more attention and care.
Still, definitely worth a visit for the view and the peaceful atmosphere — just come prepared!"
