"Comfortable and quiet park to enjoy the view of lights and the church. It is a bit away from the main park and creates romantic atmosphere to chill out. Next to this “plazuela” is also pizzeria and sushi lounge. Fountain is illuminated with the colors that keeps changing and there are Christmas decorations in the grass. Sit down and enjoy."
Liene Dziluma
"Great little plaza, overlooked by a beautiful old church. Also has a great little live music bar and a great pizza restraint. For me, a visit to this plaza is a must on my trips to Cajamarca."
Alan Clarke
"The Plazuela Belén is a small, unassuming plaza, comprising a fountain, a few paths, and some greenery. But it's in an interesting area to visit. Nearby are three pedestrianised streets leading up the hill towards the mirador (lookout), and there are five small museums nearby. Some of the museums only merit a few minutes visit, but one ticket covers them all and is very inexpensive. The archaeological museum had the most interest for us."
