"I visited this place during a holiday so there's not much happening. I just had a tour and photo op around the area but the area is not well maintained. The place is filthy, smelly, and dark even on a broad daylight. The art were also dark eventhough some of them are colorful. However, I would say that most art were really creative. This could be better if they make sure that it's clean and pleasant."
