Bacolod Baywalk BREDCO is primarily appreciated for its stunning sunset views and the variety of food stalls available. However, many visitors note that the park's facilities are run-down and could benefit from significant improvements, making the entrance fee feel steep for some. It's best suited for a brief visit to enjoy the scenery and a meal rather than an extensive activity.
"Very nice place (to meet people)
Just remember you can't swim and there's an entrance fee
Lot of food options."

"For the Sunset: 10/10
For the Park: 2/10
Pros:
There's food here
Kind-of nice lights at night
There's a nice cafe with a good view of the coast.
Lots of parking space.
Cons:
The place is run-down severly, and it doesn't seem to be complete yet.
They did nothing to improve the pavement where people would walk along the coast.
The exhibits featured in the photos others posted here are no longer around.
Worst of all, they have the gall to charge an entrance fee for a very run-down facility.
Had to pay P115 to enter with a vehicle.
Verdict:
I am from Iloilo, and I know how good we have it to have free access to walkable parks like these. So I had my expectations in check when visiting the place, but boy, my disappointment has reached for the moon and kept going.
If you are after the sunset, just pay P10 pesos at the roro/fastcraft terminal next-doorand enjoy the same view.
Consider the entrance fee a parking fee and if you are not going to the cafe here, just dont go.
Honestly, Bacolod Baywalk needs to step it up."

"Bacolod Baywalk offers a nice view of the sea, especially during sunset, and can be a peaceful spot for a quick stroll or some quiet time. However, aside from the scenic sight-seeing, there really isn’t much else to do in the area.
There are limited activities or attractions, and the place can feel a bit dull if you’re expecting more than just a walk along the bay. It’s also worth noting that some parts of the area could use more maintenance and improvement in terms of cleanliness and amenities.
If you're looking for vibrant experiences, food options, or entertainment, this may not be the ideal place to spend your time. It’s best suited for those who just want a brief stop to enjoy the view — but not recommended if you’re planning to make it a main part of your Bacolod itinerary."
