"This tower is absolutely amazing, however you're not allowed to get very close to it let alone go inside of it. It was badly damaged in an earthquake several years ago. However you can go and take photos and walk around the grounds in front of the Tower. There's a nearby church and there are also people that you can pay to help you take photos there. I think you should stop here and maybe if you're lucky you can get a little closer to the tower than we were able to."

"The structure itself is well-preserved. Climbing to the top gives you a great panoramic view of Vigan and the surrounding countryside. The bell tower has a peaceful atmosphere, and the nearby church adds to the charm. It’s not too crowded, and the locals are friendly and helpful."
