What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Can-umantad Falls is hailed as a breathtaking natural wonder and Bohol's tallest waterfall, offering a unique adventure with its slippery descent and the option to swim. Visitors rave about the pristine beauty and the thrill of exploring behind the falls, though the journey there via motorcycle taxi and the steep path require caution.
"100PHP ride on the back of a motorbike here but we decided to walk instead. It had been raining so was very slippery.
Waterfalls were very cool and if weather had been better could be a nice place to swim.
Make sure you have your ticket from the top as they check when you arrive."

"Step down 200 steps deep descend from the rice fields, and you’ll get to the bottom where the waterfalls are. They’re huge, pristine and rather unpopulated, making them a popular destination for lesser known sights. Don’t forget your swim suit. Very slippery surface and share stones. For adventurers. You can go behind the waterfall into a small cave opening to marvel at the falls from the inside. 10/10 experience. The sight is free of charge."

"Highest falls in Bohol.
Note: Cannot get there by 4-wheels. Motorbike only. Road is clear, but damaged and VERY steep. Not for timid riders. Looks like some locals will ferry people down on bikes if you are there at the top of the way by car.
Once you take the steep and windy road down to the parking area, the short and easy hike takes you across two plesant bridges and to the base of these amazing falls.
Swimming is an option.
Also along the way are beautiful rice terraces.
100% worth the effort."
