The only issue and probably a more larger one is that my family and I noticed were the aged rooms, walls, washrooms, door handles. Carpet has an old smell already. Hallways on some area of the building may have a/c. Even the pools and the washrooms close by have signs of aging. It would pass a 5 star resort if almost the whole building gets renovated and pools refreshed.
Food - good! We love the abundance of food especially for breakfast. The food was not only Filipino food but other cultures as well. No change needed from this department."

"We here for my wife’s birthday, but I was disappointed at the check in part.
I spent 10,000 peso for this, and I was wondering if they would do some special service for us, but the answer from desk said no, “we have nothing for you”. Very directly.
And I don’t think that’s the good way to answer it like that from a 5 start resort. Even though they can’t do anything, how we customers think isn’t a matter? Oh yeah they don’t even have a welcome drink though.
And almost every stuff in there were like super “busy”, they talked with no patience, I feel that they were always in the rush, so I needed to consider their feeling and their works. Felt so exhausted….
It was heavy rain and we wanted to borrow an umbrella, and the staff said, no we don’t have one, bcz too many people are borrowing. But actually I saw only one person using the umbrella in the hotel, and she was the staff.
It looks like a 5star resort doesn’t want to or no money to prepare enough umbrellas for their stupid customers.
Room is not only old, but not be maintained well, tap in the bathroom was leaking, carpet was smelly, toothbrush was weak. Couldn’t find the difference between a business hotel."
