What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pandanon Island is praised for its stunning sandbar and clear, inviting waters, offering a picturesque spot for relaxation and swimming. Visitors appreciate the availability of rentable pavilions for shade and meals. However, the island's underdeveloped infrastructure, basic facilities, and the accumulation of various fees are common points of concern for travelers.
"It was a pretty decent experience visiting this island while on an island hoping tour. It was relatively clean and they did offer cabanas for rent for you to have a meal while visiting. The waters surrounding the island were pretty clear. They also had some seafood for sale. Infrastructure wise they could improve as many of the structures looked dilapidated. Also note that there are many fees associated with visiting the island that add up such as visitor fee per person, environmental fee, cottage fee, etc."
Ricardo Seah
"Fee - 150 pesos for entrance fee, 50 pesos for environmental fee, and 300 pesos for cottage . You will also be charged a port fee.
Location - the place is just behind the Olango Island and it took us at least 1 hour to get there from Angasi Port.
View - it's just basically a sand bar with a cottage. The place is best suited for families who want to enjoy themselves. If you prefer adventurous beach vibes, then this island is not for you.
- The restroom has water but is not well maintained.
- the island is underdeveloped and I hope they can improve more in the near future."

"The sand bar has a breathtaking view. Be one with nature and feel how salty winds kissed you. A goid place to relax under the heat of the sun. Cottages needs to be improved and no stray dogs are allowed to roam around."
