I wish they can also offer other outdoor facilities aside from swimming, wake boarding and bikes.

"The food in the only restaurant outlet is good. They cooked the food once ordered. However the food attendants were not attentive to customers. We are the only family dining at that time, if not my husband have asked for water to drink they will not serve it immediately. The staff were observed to indulge in too much talking with each other during duty times in this food outlet.
Room is clean and spacious. I like the layout and greenery of the place. The receptionist did not inform us of additional payment for extra request of towels. Our kids love to swim and one of the purpose of the stay is to enjoy the pool. They do not offer free towels at the poolside. We booked 3 beds (triple de luxe), provided with 3 towels. We used this towels to bring at the pool. So when we called housekeeping for extra towels , we were surprised they only told us as this time it is charged at pHp120 each.

While calling reservation to book, we informed them we will use gift voucher. A certain staff she said she's Mar "kanino po galing?" (referring to the gift voucher).
In a hospitality business, in my opinion it's not the best remark or question to ask. It's very intruding. I think management should train their staff with regards to attention to detail and proper customer care of their frontliner staff."
