Guests consistently praised the stunning Manila Bay views and the attentive staff. "My family and I really enjoyed our overnight stay. We got a free upgrade where we were able to access the executive lounge. Food was awesome as always. The amenities could use some upgrading but no major issues since they were still top notch. Service was excellent and the staff are all friendly. We also brought our dog (need to pay pet fee) which made our stay even better. Thanks Sofitel!"

The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The dining options were superb, with a diverse array of cuisines at the Spiral buffet, ensuring a delightful culinary journey.
The hotel’s amenities, including the beautiful lagoon-style pool and the world-class spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to cultural landmarks and shopping centers."

"Good location, spacious hotel with lot of options inside. One of the best breakfast experience with so many options. Very good service.
Improvement - Swimming pool is good but there is not changing room. The so called changing room is "toilet". There is no place to hang or keep dry clothes and you are next to other people using toilet. This must be improved. Very strange to see something like this."
