"Miyamit Falls is few of the many hidden natural wonders of Pampanga. Being a Kapampangan, I feel so proud and would take pride of this towering twin falls. Going here involves considerable amount of trekking. You have to tackle some steep trails proved taxing for beginning or first time hikers - yet, the view of the falls is worth the effort."

"This is worth the trek, the falls are lovely to see and the water is nice and cool.
The trek takes around 2 to 3 hours to the falls. It’s ok for beginners but bring lots of water. There are is one place half way round that have some clean drinking water. Your guide will show you. I’d suggest taking a water purifier just in case.
Take a medium hand towel with you and wet this in the falls. Use this around you neck on the trek back. It will help keep you cool and keep the sun off your neck.
Take food and cooking stuff, remember to bring your rubbish back with you. Too many people just leaving plastic and rubbish around the mountain.
Leave early to climb to the falls, the return after lunch.
The water pool of lovely and cold, which is very refreshing after the climb.
We travelled as far as we could on bikes then grabbed a local guide. Our guide was from one of the small houses along the mountain. So not sure if he was official, but was super friendly and helpful.
He talked about local plants along the way which was interesting."
