Visitors praise the Palawan Butterfly Eco-Garden for its unique blend of natural beauty and cultural richness, highlighting the knowledgeable guides and affordable entry. While some find the butterfly collection small, the authentic tribal music and respectful cultural exchange are consistently lauded as the true highlights, offering a meaningful glimpse into Palawan's heritage.

"The Palawan Butterfly Ecological Garden is a beautiful, culturally rich destination that’s definitely worth a visit when you're in Palawan. The garden is not only home to vibrant butterflies and fascinating insects but also offers a meaningful cultural experience through its collaboration with native tribes. The tour guides are knowledgeable, friendly, and well-organized, making the visit both educational and enjoyable. Entrance fees are very affordable, and donations are welcome to help preserve and support this unique ecological and cultural site. Let’s do our part to help maintain this wonderful place so future generations can continue to learn about Palawan’s natural beauty and indigenous heritage. Highly recommended!"

Randall “Lakes” Houston

"The place offers a peaceful setting, but the butterfly collection is quite small and the butterflies themselves aren’t very large or spectacular. It’s a nice spot for a short visit but may not meet expectations if you’re hoping for a vibrant butterfly display. What stood out most was the live tribal music — the rhythmic drumbeats and soulful guitar instrument created an authentic atmosphere that really connected me to their heritage. It was a beautiful, respectful glimpse into Palawan’s indigenous culture."

Roxy Alva

"Definitely a 5 stars garden all things considered! I was initially a little skeptical about the place but it was very well kept, maintained and the staff/guides were well trained and is inclusive in the very reasonable 60peso ticket. Other than the butterflies, they kept small interesting insect like scorpion, giant millipede and stick insect. Local palawan peacock and bearcat. And the tribal village really catches my eye even with their musical instrument, blow dart, bamboo basket and how they start a fire. Must visit!"
