Reviews Summary

Reviews for Seaside Promenade Sopot are mixed, with many praising its exceptional beachfront location and comfortable rooms. However, some guests have reported issues with hospitality and customer service, citing unaccommodating staff and difficulties with luggage storage. Despite these drawbacks, the proximity to the beach and pier, along with clean accommodations, makes it a recommended spot for many.

"Poor hospitality and poor customer service. Anything I asked was met with an unaccommodating reply. I had trouble with the initial booking and staff interactions were blame shifting. It was a bad experience and almost ruined my view of this city. I also had time storing my luggage despite there being space and had to struggle to store it during my one day at the beach."

"The hotel is great, the rooms are super cozy.
Just cross the bike path and you'll be on a super-pleasant sandy beach. The spot is truly superb.

I hope to be back soon."

mathieu parisse

"We had an amazing time at this delightful hotel which is right on the beach (the sand is meters away) a very friendly host who spoke perfect English (even though he had never been to England) and a very clean and comfortable room.

A fish restaurant right across from the hotel which served fresh fish (including the famous "fish soup".)

I would stay again for sure. George"
