Reviews Summary
Grand Hotel Prishtina's main draw is its unbeatable central location, placing guests right in the heart of Pristina's vibrant commercial and social scene. However, this is overshadowed by widespread complaints about the hotel's severely dated condition, lack of maintenance, cleanliness issues, and significant noise pollution from the rooftop disco, particularly on weekends. Many reviewers strongly advise seeking alternative accommodations.
"The only thing that's great is that it's in the centre of the place, along side many restaurants, shops, bars and cafes. (However there are other hotels close by) That's the only thing that's great.
The hotel is claimed to be 4/5 stars but it has nothing great except for electricity and water.
On the top floor there's a disco so good luck if you get to sleep during the weekends. There is no soundproofing, the disco is heard to be exactly in your room as the music is constantly pumping.
The rooms are a disgrace (remember it's claimed to be 4/5 stars). The pictures speak for themselves. Stained floors, carpets, sheets, towels. No toiletries.
I heard locals claim that it is the worst hotel in all of Pristhina.
This hotel is used for its commercial purpose of the disco which provides rooms for people to use after the parties hint hint for a good night out.
There is no restaurant, kitchen, toilet outside the rooms. The lift either works or not. If those don't work then you have to figure out how to get to your floor.
Also the maids and staff smoke inside the hotel and the smell keeps going up to the top floors.
Horrible experience
They also doing speak English.
It's an absolute mess. I highly recommend to choose another please to sleep. Absolutely disgusting."
