"This tour is unreal and reasonably priced. Tour guide was engaging, entertaining, and informative. The bats and la ventana at the end were incredible. After 10 min orientation, you are off to the races. Probably an overstatement as it is a leisurely like 3/4 to 1 mile round trip. A few steep spots, but pretty much anyone under like 75 should be able to handle it. Got back to car about 95 mins after tour start time even though site and ticket say 75 mins. The caves, bats, and views were amazing. Pics speak for themselves. Would def do again. Getting there slightly tricky. Both Google Maps and their own directions place it in the middle of PR-10. Odd. It is next to gas station on east side of PR-10. Basic bathrooms on premises. Highly recommended."

"Did this tour on a weekday with my daughter and we had a great time. Even though I have done it before this time felt like a whole new adventure because of the rain. We had the last time slot available and it was us and a couple; they asked if we wanted to proceed due to the rain and we agreed. We felt safe at all times and they were really careful. Tour guide was friendly and very informative. Really recommend this tour. View is beautiful even on a rainy day."
