Visitors appreciate the clear water, abundant shells, and the convenience of a beachfront restaurant. However, some note the lack of natural shade and occasional issues with litter, emphasizing the need for preparedness and responsible enjoyment.
"This beach is great for kids. The water doesn't get deeper than 4 ft with little to no waves. Our 4 yr old was able to "swim" alone. Lots of shells and sand to build castles with. I would recommend coming early to get a good parking spot and to get a little gazebo or bring your own because there is no shade close to the water."

"Broken glass and empty glass bottles in the sand!!! Dirty beach. Nice view, food and the bay for kids.
Definitely not coming here anymore!"
Sergei Zahariev
"All beaches are nice in Puerto Rico. But this one has little shade. And no bathrooms. Free parking, but a bit of a walk to the sand. Decent restaurant on the beach, good for a snack and a drink. And for their bathrooms."
