I witnessed this scene: a family with a child is sitting on the shore of the lake. A girl of about six runs to her parents, screaming, "Mom, I need to poop!" What can the mother do in this situation? She takes the girl to the nearest bushes to relieve herself. Those who swim are forced to do so in the water. And then we are surprised that the entire area is littered..."
