What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Central Park as a vital green lung for NYC, offering a serene escape with diverse activities. Its historical significance, natural beauty, and array of attractions like boating and playgrounds are highly lauded. While some note an entrance fee for certain areas, the overall consensus is that it's a safe, well-maintained, and highly recommended destination for all.
"Great historical park. One of the oldest dedicated public parks in Russia. The park features a lot of different plants, tons of water around the island and on it, wide variety of walkways covered with asphalt, gravel and sand.
Here you can find a lot of different activities to fit your taste: workshops for kids and adults, volleyball, tennis courts, workout areas, oat rentals, cafes, food stalls, various exhibitions etc.
Nature here is so amazing. Hundreds of different plants, birds and animals.
On weekdays the park is completely free.
And I can assure you it is extremely safe."

"Tsentral'nyy Park is a stunningly beautiful park I recently visited. Despite the 250 Rubles entrance fee, it's worth every penny. The Tulip festival added an extra touch of magnificence. The park offers charming cafes, well-maintained walking paths, boating, a small zoo, and play areas for kids. Unfortunately, barbecuing is not allowed. Free restrooms are plentiful. The beach and beach sports facilities provide additional leisure options. Overall, it's a serene and perfect place for a day trip. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely park - a city lung
Traffic free, so a haven for recreation of all kinds.
Great for families.
Excellent for running - there is a Park run every Saturday at 09:00.
Children, and parents, will love Norway Park rope centre.
It's always fun to spot a squirrel or three!"
