"They started the renovation - great. But they forgot to create at least somewhat humane conditions for passengers. Boarding the right car through a passage through two adjacent ones (because the approach to the right one turned out to be behind a construction fence)? Check. With suitcases in a crowd on a narrow staircase to the bridge? Check. Lack of normal waiting areas? Check. And there is no end in sight to the renovation."

To buy tickets at the ticket office, you have to sit for four hours in a SMALL WAITING ROOM.
Buying tickets online? It's a real pain.
