Reviews Summary
Volzhsky Park offers a pleasant environment with beautiful greenery and flowers, making it a decent spot for families. However, visitors frequently point out issues with the condition and pricing of many private attractions, alongside concerns about food quality and customer service. While the park itself is well-maintained, the experience with individual rides can be inconsistent.
"The female ticket inspectors are disgusting. They sit on chairs and chat, and even if you approach the ride, they pretend you're not there and continue their conversation! We bought a ticket for the helicopter ride according to the age listed at the box office, but the "nice woman" Zhanna (who was in charge, as they said at the box office) rudely refused, saying that the child was already 6 years old, and the ride was for under 6, so she wouldn't let us in! The ticket office listed the age as under 8, but she insisted that couldn't be true, then changed the number from 6 to 8 with a marker! Incidentally, the child is the height and weight of a 5-year-old, but for this lady, it was a matter of principle; apparently, she really wanted to boss him around!"

"The shooting gallery was terrifying!!!! Fortress! Be careful and cautious. There's one glued-on can. We checked it twice! All but one fell. They say it was a glancing blow. But!!!!!! The bullet hit my tooth. Luckily, it didn't hit my eye or my child, and the can stayed upright. Not giving out prizes for profit; businessmen are cheating without fear of consequences. It just so happens that this tooth is porcelain-fused-to-metal, so it wasn't damaged.
Overall, the park is clean, but everything is very shabby and old. The playroom is faded and dirty, and the walls, taped over, are incredibly dirty. We didn't even try the floating balls; they're old and floating in very dirty water. It's a dark brown color. The rides that belong to the park, not to the businesses, are in good condition. Friendly old ladies work there. But the private shops are full of schoolchildren, and rude ones at that. We told a girl she was combing her hair where they make hot dogs, and she said she wasn't a vendor. Apparently, it's okay. The food is terrible, don't buy anything there!!!!!!!!! We certainly had a wonderful time with our three children, but 7,500 rubles for 2.5 hours isn't worth it at this park. At these prices, they could keep everything in better condition for people. The cars in the middle of the park are absolutely shabby. They're just scary to look at. The cars at the entrance to the park are good. The service is terrible.
We came from Volgograd. When we started calling the administration, we realized that this park is a complete mess. All the phones are unavailable or no one answers. After an hour of calling, I got through to security. They gave us another The number doesn't work. I called Rospotrebnadzor for the Volgograd region. They said they don't accept complaints over the phone. You need to send a letter with notification to the park administration and a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor.
I think anyone who reads this review will consider whether it's worth going there for a vacation with a child."

"I do not recommend visiting the "bumper boats" attraction. When you buy a ticket, you risk getting on a boat that floats for a shorter time than the other. The instructor does not warn you in advance and does not give you a choice of boat.
We bought a ticket, they put us on a boat, after which we asked how long we would float. In response, we received information from the instructor that our boat moves for 3 minutes, and the other one for 5, despite the fact that we paid the same money. He intentionally highlighted the difference in the duration of stay on the attraction.
We were surprised and unhappy with what we heard, after which we asked for the boat to be started again. But the instructor categorically refused. Instead, he said to complain to the park administration, not intending to answer for his actions."
