We didn't get the treatment because we were unhappy with the service and food at the resort. We left on the second day. We got our money back without any problems a couple of days later. Guys, this isn't right."

"I stayed in Zheleznovodsk for a couple of days, chose the hotel based on reviews.
Everything is convenient in the hotel, a micro pool, a well-heated sauna, delicious food, a good view from the window and walking distance to the park.
There is a medical base, I only managed to try the bath with sea salt.
The price per day is quite high, considering that treatment is not included. In Yessentuki, in the sanatoriums, the price also includes a basic set of procedures.
Otherwise, no complaints."
