"Good place for shopping golds, kids toys and many other products. Its been two times visit this place, recently got experience with parking ticket. At the entrance the ticket machine did not release the ticket and we have waiting long time for the security to resolve the problem but they did not come. Good thungs the ticket payment counter are making our life easy, he trust us with our detailed information and he let us exit the place without any trouble. If you’re buying clothes without any alterations (closing abayas etc) then I can recommend.
However, some of the abaya stores often make mistakes and refuse to give refunds. Always check your abaya before taking it home.
The shop in the picture, ‘Orchid Rose’ made multiple mistakes. At first, they stated that they did have the abaya we wanted so we made the purchase, we also wanted to have its sewn closed. After 30 minutes of waiting, they came back with the wrong abaya. They said they would fix their mistake, so we waited again for another 30 minutes. They gave us the correct abaya this time BUT in the wrong size. We kindly asked for a refund as they did not have the abaya we wanted and sold us something they did not have. They refused to give a refund and offered 10 riyals with the wrong abaya.
We were very disappointed."
