What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Radovljica Moat and Walls, highlighting its challenging lead wall and the passion of its owner-built environment. While the bouldering area is compact, the unique landing mat and the overall friendly atmosphere make it a worthwhile stop for climbers. Some find the grades on the main wall quite demanding.
"What an experience! If you are visiting Bled and wanting to get a climb session in, go check this place out. Their lead walls are just insane. And the owners of the gym were realllyy nice showing us around and all. Would love to go again one day!!!"

"Nice climbing gym, the main lead wall is really overhanging, so good endurance is required and the grades are therefore maybe a bit on the higher end. Just a handful of 6th grade routes in the overhang.
On the 1st floor there are nice top rope routes with a good range of styles and grades.
Beneath the top ropes on the ground floor is a small bouldering gym, again with a good range of styles and grades. Unfortunately no down climbing jugs, but a really nice 'mat', which is basically a trampoline with a carpet, so jumping down or falling was fine.
The bouldering gym also has a small training area with a campus board and a hang board.
I don't believe the gym has dressing rooms."

"We are here from the US on our honeymoon and had to stop by the climbing ranch! After seeing it slowly built on IG by Domen and his dad it was amazing to see it in person. We showed up with only our climbing shoes and were able to rent everything else. The climbs were fun and the place is huuuuggge. They even make their own holds. In general the place is a pretty fantastic and well thought out engineering feat, and you can tell it was made with a lot of love and passion from our conversation with the owners who built it themselves. It’s only 30 min from Ljubljana center and 20 min from lake bled so it was an easy stop on our way between. We also got a great reccomendation for a climbing guide to take us out around Bled / Triglav later this week. Definitely worth a stop!"
