What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Nestor Lakoba Street is praised for its vibrant evening atmosphere and central location, making it a popular spot for strolls and dining. However, potential visitors should be aware of significant concerns regarding the quality and maintenance of accommodation directly on the street, with some reviews describing rooms as outdated and problematic.
"Rested in August 2025
Pros: location in the center, where everyone walks in the evening, many cafes and restaurants.
Cons:
- the air conditioner leaks and interferes with sleep, because it is next to the bed,
- COCKROACHES in the rooms on the 2nd floor,
- not all the lights work in the rooms, even in the superior ones, not economy."
Екатерина Шендрик
"An ugly hotel with ugly rooms. The furniture is old and broken in places, the walls are dirty and stained, the mattress on the bed has springs on which it is difficult to sleep.
Even for the level of Abkhazia, the hotel is very bad.
The ratings of 4 and 5 are surprising.
The location is good, yes, but it is very unpleasant to be in the room.
They took a full prepayment from us upon booking, which was not refundable, otherwise we would have checked out 5 minutes after checking in.
By the way, the photos on Booking do not correspond to reality at all, which is misleading when booking.
By the way, they did not clean our place even once in 2 days.
I do not recommend this place to stay, even for 1 night."

"We stayed at the hotel, the location is super. It looks beautiful, but I will NEVER come back to this hotel again. The room is terrible, tears well up in my eyes. If you have lived in other countries and know what hotel service and a "good room" are, look for another hotel.
It will only work for unpretentious tourists who live in a cave themselves.
I don't understand who gives 4-5 ratings to a hotel??
We were taken on an excursion, the guide laughed that we stayed in this hotel, advised us to move"
