"We had a three night stay at zorgvliet and, despite advising well in advance about vegan dietary requirements, the dining staff were oblivious and made no effort to have our requirements met in the second or third day! Added to that there was water seeping through our bathroom floor (especially uncomfortable in Winter), we reported it immediately and it turns out they were aware of this problem prior to our arrival. The solution was to put towels down but no effort was made to either fix the problem or offer alternative accommodation, even though there were several rooms available. It is not inexpensive to stay here and we really expected more."
