What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the Tsitsikamma Mountain Trail's stunning natural beauty, particularly its ancient forests and breathtaking mountain vistas. While some find sections confusing or the ocean/waterfall areas less pristine than expected, the overall experience is highly rewarding, offering a true escape into nature.
"Beautiful Trail. Love the forest."
Izaan Viljoen
"Option of a short boardwalk through the forest or a longer hike all the way along the lagoon (but mostly in the forest.) Longer hike was a bit confusing at sections as was unmarked but we did not get too badly lost. The boardwalk was an easy walk, even for 80+ year Olds. Also wheelchair friendly."
Tegan Wentzel
"This hike was a nice challenge, however the ocean and waterfall were very dirty so we did not get the chance to swim, so it was a bit disappointing."
