"Mount Sanbang or Sanbangsan (mountain with a cave) was formed as a gigantic lava dome shaped like a bell. It is located at an altitude of 395m above sea level.
Mt Sanbang is home to a Buddhist temple, the Sanbanggulsa Temple, at the base of the mountain.
There is also a small temple in a cave farther up the mountain. Visitors have to pay a small entrance fee and climb up a few flights of stairs to reach the temple.
Many people visit the temple as they believe their wishes will come true when they make wishes here."

"It is a good view but had to pay 1000won for the budda statue inside the cave. Actual walk to the summit is taking break, which is a great thing to do for the environment."

"Sanbang mountain is not tall. But it is unique. I canโt think of any mountain that perfectly blends the mountain, the ocean and the temple.
It is very climbable to the top via very well maintained stairs and hike path. The view of the ocean changes drastically and dramatically every 10 meters you ascend to the top.
You pay a little parking fee upon entering the premise. And the rest is free. Plan about 1-1.5 hr to take a short hike up to the mountain top."
